Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be accountable for driving and continually developing the purchasing of all stock/products through effective and efficient decision-making, accurate administration controls, and negotiation with suppliers, resulting in a process that meets contractual requirements and logistical challenges.

This role offers you the opportunity to make a genuine step-change in the department's operational discipline and workflows. With flexible working arrangements, some travel is required to liaise with key stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop the purchasing process to meet contractual requirements and logistical challenges.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and supply chain solutions.
  • Implement and maintain accurate administration controls to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the Regional Management team across 6 Strategic Business Units.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed business.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers/suppliers.
  • Sound time management and good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated achievements that are well-disciplined, task-focused, with a strong sense of timeliness.
  • Perform low-level pricing negotiations with suppliers.
