Business Development Opportunity

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing profitability and market share within our key customer segments and product categories.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distribution partners will set you up for success.

You will be joining a supportive, high-performance team that values initiative, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow market share in key product categories by aligning with contractors, builders, and industry influencers.
  • Drive sales conversations and build strong networks through face-to-face, digital, and phone-based communication.
  • Manage and support a contractor base including renderers, trowel trade, cladding installers, and plasterers.
  • Collaborate with trade centers and inspirations stores to drive channel success.
  • Contribute to broader team goals and support the Acratex category across trade sales teams.

  • Strong CRM and IT system skills, including experience in call planning and territory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product or service offering through effective sales strategy.
  • Strong commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
