Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our First Aid Team in a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling St John WA first aid products and services, and managing sales and stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
  • Meet and greet customers and visitors at front reception.
  • Respond to queries accurately and timely to ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Actively promote and sell St John WA first aid products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high standard of customer service and sales delivery.
  • The ability to build rapport with the general public and corporate clientele.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and mature attitude and presentation with an outstanding work ethic.

Benefits
