Site Operations Executive
Job Overview:This role entails overseeing the development of residential properties in Melbourne and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, effective resource allocation, and regular communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate daily workloads to meet deadlines.
- Manage a team of labourers and subcontractors to guarantee efficient project delivery.
- Provide timely updates on project progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- A minimum of four years' experience as a foreman or supervisor in residential construction.
- A strong background in residential construction management.
- Pertinent trade qualifications - carpentry or building preferably.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Collaborate with an experienced Construction Manager.
- Utilize cutting-edge software systems and databases for project coordination.
- A robust project pipeline ensuring long-term employment opportunities.
- Potential career progression into higher-level roles in a growing organization.
- Unrestricted use of company vehicle.
Requirements: Valid driver's license.
