About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at a major group dealership in Adelaide. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow Advisors to provide professional service to our customers
  • Report to the Service/Assistant Service Manager and work effectively within a positive team environment
  • Ensure clear communication is maintained between the front desk and the workshop staff
  • Deal with customer bookings and provide general advice on required vehicle maintenance
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Truck experience is preferred, but light vehicle experience will be considered
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory
  • Organized individual with great time management skills
  • Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Microsoft Office and DMS knowledge
  • Valid manual licence (SA)

In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package consisting of retainer, monthly commission, and superannuation. Remuneration retainer will be commensurate to your experience.
