Job Summary

Banking Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation professional to join our team. As a Banking Automation Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing automation strategies to drive quality and efficiency in banking systems.

Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with API Automation tools such as RestAssured and Postman.
  • Strong technical expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA, and qTest.
  • Proficiency in working with BFS Products like Temenos T24, Finacle, TAP, and SIBS.
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions and genAI technologies.
  • Expertise in performance/SVT test tooling like LoadRunner and K6, performance engineering, component-based performance testing, and end-to-end performance testing.
  • Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP, and/or messaging systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead quality engineering activities for banking domain and systems.
  2. Perform file based and API Testing.
  3. Develop and execute Selenium/TOSCA Automation Scripts.
  4. Review software system specifications to identify performance requirements.
  5. Create performance test cases and scripts that cover various scenarios to simulate real-world usage.
  6. Conduct performance testing to assess system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
  7. Monitor system performance during tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
  8. Work closely with developers to ensure performance standards are met and implement necessary improvements.
  9. Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders using Confluence.
