Software Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Backend Engineer at ezyCollect, you will design and build impactful products and services that help businesses thrive.

Your responsibilities will include developing and improving ezyCollect features, ensuring code is secure, well-tested, and high-performing. You will take initiative in managing tasks, anticipating issues, and communicating effectively. Proactively proposing solutions with clear analyses of their pros and cons is also essential.

You will be responsible for identifying areas of technical debt, proposing solutions, and leading their implementation. Maintaining and improving team standards for code style, maintainability, and best practices, including through code reviews, is crucial.

Collaboration with the team to deploy features and improvements efficiently is also necessary. Promoting accountability and ownership within the team while building trust is vital.

Requirements

• \
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development or equivalent.\
• A minimum of 2 years in backend development for multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS software.\
• Proficiency in:\

  • Java, Spring, or Spring Boot.\
  • Decoupled and event-driven architectures.\
  • Secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native solutions.\
  • Microservices.\
  • AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS).\
  • Strong communication skills.\
  • Experience working with modern User and API authentication and authorization implementations.\
  • Knowledge of designing APIs as modular building blocks for future products.\
  • Working experience with Kubernetes.\
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-crafted code.\
