Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying, engaging and hiring top talent for our organisation. As part of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various tools and platforms, working closely with hiring managers to lead interviews and achieve the best outcome for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and social media
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to lead interviews and make informed hiring decisions
  • Providing administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job adverts, interview coordination and offer and feedback processes
  • Ensuring effective and timely administration in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Supporting the development of a strong employer value proposition (EVP) and workplace culture through special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successful candidate engagement and conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • High degree of attention to detail and organizational skill, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
