Our roads and highways teams are seeking talented Senior Civil Designers to join their dynamic teams based in various locations to support our growing portfolio of projects.

You will work collaboratively with project leads and other technical experts to develop sustainable solutions for our clients. With a focus on digital delivery, you will adopt BIM workflows and practices to inspire, mentor and develop teams to become proficient in the technical standards and digital requirements for delivering projects.

We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. Our hybrid working policy allows employees to split their work week between office/projects and remote locations, enabling them to deliver their best work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification equivalent to Associate Degree in Civil Engineering
  • A demonstrated understanding of transport planning and design processes
  • A strong track record in the co-ordination of work with other design disciplines to efficiently deliver projects within budget, program and quality constraints
  • High level design (12D) and CAD skills, with a strong knowledge of data transfer between key software packages
