Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is responsible for tracking, monitoring, analyzing and evaluating Human Resources data and statistics to generate routine reports contributing to organizational objectives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide timely and quality responses to ad hoc requests from stakeholders;
- Produce regular workforce and statistical reports;
- Generate reports on corporate key performance indicators and business metrics;
- Develop analytics within existing workforce systems;
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes;
- Make recommendations based on findings and evidence;
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements;
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in workforce planning or HR reporting and analytics. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting deadlines;
- Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, SAP and SuccessFactors.
