Job Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our imaging team at Lumus Imaging, Glen Waverley. This is a permanent, part-time role, working two half days per week - Monday and Thursday. Hours of work would be from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on these two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing pre and post procedural care to patients
- Assisting with interventional procedures, including US guided breast biopsy and procedures, US and CT guided MSK injections/procedures, CT guided spinal injections, and US guided superficial soft tissue biopsies and procedures
- Supporting cannulation and assisting in case of contrast reactions
- Aiding and performing nursing duties within the radiology department, including liaison and support to all modalities
- Providing procedural care and support, including pre and post activities
- Performing duties in accordance with Company protocols and ensuring high attention to detail and quality when completing required documentation
- Coordinating, planning, and assisting with interventional procedures
