Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will provide patient-centered clinical services and preferably have expertise in one or more of the following: clinical nutrition, nutritional support, paediatrics or rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and develop nutrition plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical nutrition research and best practices.
- Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent.
- Eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia and the Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) program.
- Well-developed clinical nutrition and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Established time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to Quality Improvement.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
