Our company operates a portfolio of popular venues across the Gold Coast, including Burleigh Town Hotel, The Wallaby, Hope Island Tavern, The Local Surfers Paradise, and Coomera Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage venue operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage venue budgets, inventory, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and investigate stock losses, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • RLMV and Approved Managers License, with a strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance.
  • CLO is desirable but not necessary.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $71,000 - $75,000 + Super.
