Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator/Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees in Shepparton. As a key member of our toddler room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor educators in the toddler room to ensure quality education and outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored educational programs that meet the needs of our children.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent/higher qualification.
  • A current and valid Working with Children's Check.
  • A First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Previous experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader (1+ years' experience minimum).
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
