Senior Transportation Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Transportation Planner to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to drive business growth, lead diverse projects, and contribute to the long-term success of our practice.
The Role- Lead feasibility studies, options analyses, business cases, and transportation planning projects
- Independently manage a range of projects with intermediate to advanced complexity
- Support business development, client engagement, and bid preparation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
- Collaborate across disciplines and support cross-functional transportation initiatives
- Represent the organization at industry forums and deliver technical presentations
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in transportation planning
- A degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field
- Professional accreditation such as CPEng/RPEQ, Registered Planner, or equivalent
- Broad technical expertise in planning for transportation systems including public and active transport networks
- Proven ability to manage projects and successfully engage clients
- Ability to support business development activities
- Consulting background preferred, but relevant technical expertise from any background welcome
- Experience in public transport projects is highly desirable
