About the Role

This position entails overseeing food and beverage operations during evening hours. A charismatic individual with a passion for hotels and hospitality is desired to lead our dedicated front-of-house team.

  • Lead, support, and inspire the FOH team
  • Maintain a composed presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a pleasant guest experience
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, staff development, and performance management
  • Optimise table flow and service rhythm to enhance both guest satisfaction and team efficiency
  • Manage customer feedback professionally
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service
  • Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Contribute to refining and growing our guest experience
Requirements
  • A hands-on approach to work alongside your team members
  • Strong Food and Beverage service skills
  • Precise attention to detail with a desire to strive for perfection
  • A confident, proactive problem solver with excellent conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last-minute changes
  • Excellent presentation and grooming, as well as the ability to connect with VIP guests
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
