About the Role:

We seek a HSEQ Coordinator/Advisor to join our team in Bundamba, QLD.

The role involves upgrades and renewal works to treatment plants, pipelines & pump stations in Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley, & the Scenic Rim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Site Induction process including delivery of inductions
  • Manage reviews, assessment and approvals on subcontractors SWMS & Documentation
  • Daily site walks, toolbox participation and site planning
  • Provide technical advice, support, and assistance to management, team members, sub-contractors and visitors for HSEQ-related activities, practices, systems, and procedures
  • Conduct HSEQ audits and inspections

Requirements
  • Diploma in Safety, OH&S or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working on treatment plant projects or other infrastructure projects
  • Experience in HSEQ management systems, planning techniques and tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
