Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Collaborative Project Manager to join our team in improving sepsis recognition and timely management for adults presenting to Victorian hospitals.

The role involves managing and coordinating the Safer Care Victoria funded Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project at Barwon Health, with the aim of reducing serious harm to patients with sepsis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scoping and developing the project plan
  • Engaging and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding current Sepsis management across inpatient units at Barwon Health
  • Facilitating quality improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
