We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to work with us in our newly renovated office.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new hires, assisting with data entry, monitoring and streamlining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and taking ownership of updating and maintaining employee files.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving skills
- Superhuman attention to detail
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualification in Business, Human Resources or Psychology (Desirable)
- Be able to pass a National Police Check
- Comfortable undergoing a pre-employment medical
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Monitor and improve the efficiency of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and employees
