About the Role

Belgravia Leisure is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Water Safety Professionals to join our team on a casual basis. As a vital member of our pool operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same. You will be required to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall well-being of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent verbal communication skills to ensure effective interaction with patrons and colleagues
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and public safety applications within the facility
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a strong team
Essential Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation.
