Your New Role:

You will be joining the Land Development team as an Assistant Development Manager, working closely alongside the Senior Development Manager on large-scale developments.

About the Job:

This role involves assisting the Senior Development Manager in planning, design, and execution of land subdivision projects, including conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, and creating project timelines.

You will work closely with the Senior Development Manager to develop project budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project teams, developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing development applications, and monitoring project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, planning, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property development/civil design engineering, with exposure working on land subdivision projects.
  • Strong understanding of local planning regulations and ability to navigate complex planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative approach.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
