Front of House Staff Position

We are seeking an energetic and organised individual to fill a Casual Front of House staff role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and ensuring their needs are met
  • Serving food and drinks in an office setting
  • Assisting with the facilitation of market research meetings

The online aspect of the role involves supporting researchers by helping them connect to online platforms and other tasks to facilitate their work.

Shifts and hours vary depending on bookings and availability, but most weeks involve approximately 5-10 hours of work from Monday to Thursday evenings, typically between 5pm and 10pm.

Responsibilities include:
