About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Personal Care Worker to join our team in the Devonport and surrounding regions on a permanent part-time basis. As a Personal Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality care to our aged care clients both in their homes and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide services in clients' homes, including assistance with showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage independence by taking clients out into the community for shopping or appointments.
- Liaise with the care team to ensure client needs are met and resolve any concerns or feedback.
- Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
