Job Title: Housekeeping Support Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our Housekeeping team as a casual staff member. Your primary responsibility will be to support our experienced housekeeping team members in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrival, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and making beds
  • Help maintain public areas, including lounges, corridors and dining areas
  • Support the housekeeping team in meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
