Deliver engaging, trauma-informed MARAM training to internal staff and funded agencies.

  • Provide authoritative practice advice to inform training content, policies, and workforce development strategies.
  • Drive a departmental culture of MARAM learning and capability uplift through delivering substantial volumes of training.
  • Embed evaluation and feedback mechanisms into training delivery to ensure evidence guides continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth operational knowledge and understanding of the MARAM Framework, including intersectional practice principles. They will also possess highly-developed understanding of family violence dynamics and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

This role is responsible for driving family violence capability uplift aligned to the MARAM Framework. The successful candidate will develop engaging learning resources that support retention of key concepts and promote sustained practice change following training delivery.

The Family Violence Learning and Capability team aims to develop and deliver MARAM family violence training at the Foundational, Identification and Intermediate level. Reporting to the team manager, the advisor will be involved in developing and delivering high-quality training materials.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will require expert facilitation skills and a strong understanding of the MARAM framework. They will be able to work collaboratively with teams to review, enhance, and co-develop training materials.
