Are you a talented professional with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking an experienced Associate Lead to join our team.
">About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring leaders to develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for defining specific roles, locations, and functional areas, as well as creating sourcing plans for corporate, volume, and graduate hiring roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities
- Plan and execute sourcing initiatives, including proactive and headhunting sourcing
- Manage stakeholders, including internal hiring managers, broader stakeholder groups, and external stakeholders
- Deliver best-in-class candidate experience through lead generation, talent pipeline development, and post-hire interactions
- Collaborate with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities and enable vendor scalability through capability building
- Ensure adherence to recruitment standards and process compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment in an agency environment or internal
- Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but not essential
- Strong sourcing strategy experience, including proactive sourcing
- Experience working with different sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
