About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring leaders to develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for defining specific roles, locations, and functional areas, as well as creating sourcing plans for corporate, volume, and graduate hiring roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities
  • Plan and execute sourcing initiatives, including proactive and headhunting sourcing
  • Manage stakeholders, including internal hiring managers, broader stakeholder groups, and external stakeholders
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience through lead generation, talent pipeline development, and post-hire interactions
  • Collaborate with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities and enable vendor scalability through capability building
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment standards and process compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment in an agency environment or internal
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but not essential
  • Strong sourcing strategy experience, including proactive sourcing
  • Experience working with different sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
