The Role

Our two-year graduate program is designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

You will gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist senior engineers in planning, designing and executing engineering projects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
