Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Community Health Registered Nurse to provide nursing and/or midwifery services to eligible community clients in their homes and clinic settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and clinic settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Current practicing certificate
  • At least two years post-basic experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
