We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Restorative Care Team in the Northern Sydney area. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services to HammondCare clients in their homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide intervention to clients in their homes and carry out clinic-based or in-home rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with our skilled Interdisciplinary Team to assess clients' functional care needs, set care goals, and provide treatment and interventions to deliver the best possible client outcomes.
- Participate as a member of the HammondCare team in the application of the Mission and values to the pursuit of its objectives in a person-centred, continuous quality improvement work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and continuing professional development.
- Provide clinical supervision for students, if appropriate.
- Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting.
- Strong communicator, able to plan and manage your time effectively.
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations.
