We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support various departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry, file management, and record-keeping
- Create documents such as procedures and templates, as guided by operations and engineering
- Maintain databases, update records, and undertake audits to meet regulatory requirements
Essential Attributes:
- Well-organized with high standards for structure and tidiness of files and workstation
- Effective work planning and time management with the ability to multitask
- Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Desire to assist and support other team members
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with eagerness to learn and help
- Bookkeeping/accounting background would be beneficial
This is a casual position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday. We offer a positive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative experience and hold a valid authorization to work in Australia.
