Job DescriptionAs a Physiotherapist with BaptistCare, you will be part of a well-established multi-disciplinary team who believe in discovering what's possible in people's lives and empowering them to live well.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding. This role is based around Canberra and offers flexible working arrangements and work from home options.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
