About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to senior members of the FTS team, with a focus on directly supporting 2 partners.
  • Manage high-level diaries, prioritizing client meetings and ensuring precision and confidentiality.
  • Handle phone calls and voicemails for team members, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses with attention to detail.
  • Assist with research tasks and prepare client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager to ensure seamless support to the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Flexibility, drive, and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Advanced technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
