We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cinema Team Member at Event Cinemas Cairns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Cinema Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
  • Prepare food and beverages, stock replenishment, and conduct ticket checks according to standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, communicate effectively, and undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
Requirements:
  • Basic maths and English skills.
  • Prior experience in entertainment, retail or hospitality is desired but not necessary.
