Enterprise Banking Customer Advisor

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring prior experience in a commercial banking frontline role and commercial lending. You should also be able to manage strong customer relationships by handling service queries and solving minor issues.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors (the 5Cs of credit).
- Familiarity with risk management concepts, particularly in credit risk, risk and market risk.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know your Customer) and AML (anti-money laundering).
