We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Partner, providing high-quality support to older Australians in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
Skillful Support for Seniors

As a full-time Permanent Part-time Care Partner supporting clients in Busselton/Dunsborough & surrounding area, you will be part of our esteemed team that offers expert care and support to seniors in need.

You may assist with a variety of tasks related to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport. Your role is crucial in helping our clients maintain their independence and live their best possible lives.

This permanent part-time role (30 hours per fortnight) requires full-day availability between Monday to Friday. You may be required to travel to various locations for this role - including Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Nannup, Bunbury, Donnybrook and surrounding suburbs.

To ensure your success in this role:

  • We offer a comprehensive orientation program, including buddy shifts and regular feedback sessions.
  • You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you throughout your tenure.
  • You'll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters, and client care plans.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and patience when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • A proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email.
