Digital Services Field Associate

As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and working on field tasks across various nbn technologies. This is an autonomous position where you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain nbn cabling networks and customer premises equipment (CPE)
- Diagnose and resolve faults in nbn cabling networks and CPE
- Work in multiple environments, including internal and external locations, primarily within customers' premises
You will have the opportunity to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs and are encouraged to adopt a flexible working environment.
Requirements- Transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to display honesty and integrity
- Self-management and motivation
- Strong communication skills
This role provides an opportunity to explore a new career in the telco sector and develop your skills in customer service and technical expertise.
