Overview
We are currently seeking applications for the role of Allied Health Assistant to contribute to our dedicated Clare Allied Health team in a casual capacity.
As an Allied Health Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist the Allied Health team in providing essential services to patients and clients within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network Community Health, under the guidance of qualified professionals.
Your tasks may involve supporting specific aspects of the Allied Health team's operations that are deemed safe and effective for you to undertake, following clear directives and without the need for alterations to clinical presentations. Additionally, you will monitor patient responses to therapies and report findings to the supervising Allied Health Professional.

The Clare Valley, known for its exquisite wines, gourmet cuisine, and stunning landscapes, is a beautiful destination located two hours north of Adelaide. This region is a blend of prime grazing land and picturesque hills, featuring a collection of wineries, quaint villages, and rich agricultural heritage.
The primary health service for this area is situated in Clare, extending outreach to nearby locations.
Eligibility Criteria
This position is classified as multi-classed (AHA1, AHA2, or AHA3), with classification based on your qualifications and experience.
Applicants should be eligible or willing to pursue a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or possess equivalent experience in a service-oriented environment. A relevant certificate in community, lifestyle, or health is advantageous but not mandatory.
