About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at HOBAN. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by scheduling appointments for our Business Development Managers to meet with new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to new clients through phone calls, social media, and email to book appointments for the BDM to meet with new clients.
  • Help clients understand the value of our services and build strong relationships to create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts to optimize appointment setting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Keep accurate CRM records and follow up on leads to turn them into opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a long-term role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.
  • Motivated and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in cold calling or B2B sales is a plus.
