We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at HOBAN. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by scheduling appointments for our Business Development Managers to meet with new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to new clients through phone calls, social media, and email to book appointments for the BDM to meet with new clients.
- Help clients understand the value of our services and build strong relationships to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts to optimize appointment setting strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Keep accurate CRM records and follow up on leads to turn them into opportunities.
- A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a long-term role.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.
- Motivated and ready to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in cold calling or B2B sales is a plus.
