About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mathematician to join our team at EBR in Sydney. As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital part in driving our company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mathematical simulations to test and prove game math models.
  • Monitor and report to management the status of current game projects.
  • Collaborate with other teams on issues that may impact game development.
  • Design and develop new game concepts.
  • Analyse user metrics to improve or expand mathematical calculations and models.
  • Validate and verify all mathematical calculations and models for games.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods, especially in modelling and analytics.
  • Experience in analytical modelling.
  • Excellent command of English in speech and writing.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong logic.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Desirable Skills

While not essential, the following skills would be advantageous:

  • A good portfolio of games currently available to play online.
  • Direct experience in the Gaming and Gambling sector.
  • Knowledge of user experience and UX design.
  • Experience in mathematical models for gambling game design.
