Compassionate Care Professional Wanted

We seek dedicated support workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered support to clients in their homes and community settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Encourage social participation and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certificate IV in Disability or related field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certificate and CPR.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated with evidence.
  • Current full Driver's license.

Key Competencies and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work effectively.
