Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project coordinator to support our marketing and creative team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, enjoys working across teams, and has excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the workflow of creative projects from brief through to delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources and communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify roadblocks and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute action items.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and shared creative assets.
  • Set up and manage admin processes, including records, invoices and expenditure.
  • Support with coordination tasks involving external stakeholders and agencies.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in project coordination or administration, ideally within marketing, creative or related environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and collaborative approach.
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (Desirable).
  • Experience creating simple digital assets for social or marketing use (Desirable).

This is a part-time contract role (3 days per week) that offers an opportunity to bring structure, efficiency and creativity to a fast-paced team.
