Indoor Plant Care Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for indoor plants on client premises. This includes creating inspiring interior environments that promote employee wellbeing and enhance the overall aesthetic of our clients' workplaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of plants through daily service runs, adhering to quality standards and professionalism at all times.
• Pruning, shaping, and staking of plants to optimize growth and quality.
• Ensuring customer relationships are developed and maintained, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally, with follow-ups as necessary.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace, including the warehouse and branch igloos.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A full Australian driver's license (manual).
• The ability to work independently to achieve set targets.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A passion for plants and gardening.
• Certificate qualifications in horticulture would be desirable, but not essential as training is provided.
