The Role and Responsibilities

As a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, with 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of experience. We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce, and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.

Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration, and documentation. This includes creating and validating process maps, configuration, functional specification, and test case documentation, performing system configuration and unit tests, executing test cases, providing status and planning input to program leadership, and supporting RFI/RFQ/RFP bids.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 10+ years of professional industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to run business workshops independently. You'll need a thorough and in-depth understanding of Procure to Pay, including subcontracting, 3PL, and co-packing, as well as SAP MM experience with at least 4 full-cycle implementations. SAP SD, LE, WM, and PPDS experience is a plus, and you'll need deep experience in procurement and inventory management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of working in a team environment.

Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, and/or Energy sectors is highly desirable. As a functional resource, you'll have a minimum of 5+ years of professional industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to run business workshops independently. You'll need a thorough and in-depth understanding of Procure to Pay, including subcontracting, 3PL, and co-packing, as well as SAP MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
