Commercial Fit-Out Sales and Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our dynamic team at Vendito. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement, innovative solutions, and exceptional sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and nurture client relationships through strategic cold calling and networking.
- Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand their vision and requirements.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Design team to create customized designs that meet client needs.
- Coordinate site inspections and project tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial fit-out industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for innovation and creativity in design.
