Job Description

The Student Support Officer will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to students, ensuring their overall experience is positive and engaging.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating student registers and management systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing timely and effective responses to student inquiries regarding new and existing students.
  • Coordinating orientations, scheduling, and communicating with staff and students.
  • Preparing and distributing documentation, including COES, as requested.
  • Completing general administrative tasks as required.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate class lists for each term.
  • Delivering professional reception and customer service to internal and external stakeholders and visitors.
