Backend Developer - High-Performance Applications

The role involves the design, development, and implementation of high-performance backend/server-side applications. You will collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and other technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and highly performant systems to support trading operations
  • Collaborate closely with Trading, Quantitative Researchers, Infrastructure and Strategy Developer Teams
  • Develop and maintain efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance

Requirements:

  • Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focused on back-end development
  • A track record / knowledge of market making or order routing systems development is critical
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Expert Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products
