Job Role Overview

The Room Attendant position is a fundamental part of our Housekeeping Division, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest accommodations.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and removing trash and recyclables
  • Restock linen, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
About You - Essential Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
