Effective Energy Sourcing and Sustainability Solutions Specialist

The position of an Energy Sourcing and Sustainability Solutions Specialist involves driving client satisfaction through successful contract renewals, cross-selling services, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning a portfolio of clients, managing multiple projects, and developing strategies for contract renewal and cross-selling.
  • Operating independently to deliver high-quality results, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all internal queries and questions regarding service delivery for clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing a broad professional network within the Sustainability Business sector.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and taking ownership of client problems.

About This Opportunity:

  • A basic understanding of the Australian energy industry is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to eight years of experience in managing complex, high-stakes projects involving high organizational levels of large corporations is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track contract and project requirements for multiple projects across diverse areas are required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • An understanding of corporate sustainability and reporting on corporate sustainability within large and complex organizations would be advantageous.
  • Experience in leveraging big data to identify opportunities for cross-selling services or increasing revenue would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Australian or APAC energy markets would be desirable.
