Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at RAC WA. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the implementation, development, and ongoing improvement of D365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Support Management: Oversee the management of support requests to ensure timely responses that meet SLAs and consistently follow ITSM processes.
  • Assisting in Change Management: Collaborate with business units to develop change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or solution changes.
  • Liaising and Analysing: Work closely with business users to understand and analyze issues, manage integration failures, and collaborate with technical resources to develop solutions.
  • Monitoring and Managing Systems: Monitor and manage scheduled batch processes and user roles/permissions within Access Management platforms like Azure and D365.
  • Driving Business Engagement: Foster engagement across all business units to facilitate the implementation of new or improved processes and solutions.
  • Researching and Prototyping Solutions: Research design issues, build fast prototypes for validation, and design functional requirements to enhance business processes and system integration.
  • Enhancing User Support and Training: Lead design sessions, create process flows, work instructions, test scripts, and conduct end-user training to support ERP business process improvements and solution adoption.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Finance or ERP-related disciplines are mandatory. Experience in a collaborative ERP support and project delivery environment is essential.
  • Proven experience in developing functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including design, enhancements, and integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of core accounting principles and processes with a system-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work closely with the Architect and ERP Lead Analyst on ERP system configurations.
  • Proficient in analyzing functional requirements, simplifying legacy processes, and understanding financial and master data.
  • Capable of delivering product showcases and presentations, understanding business requirements, and translating them into application process requirements.
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering, AGILE development methodologies, and software development lifecycle activities and Microsoft's Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Availability to meet operational working hours and reasonable overtime, with occasional travel between RAC sites and regional locations as required.
