Job Title: In Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in line with their care plans, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Undertake domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist clients with shopping, transport, and other daily tasks, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver holistic care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements:
  • A current Police Screening Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance, and a current Queensland driver's licence.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates, and proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
  • Good computer and mobile device skills, and previous experience in a similar role.
What We Offer:
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus leave loading (pro-rated), NFP Salary Packaging and entertainment and meals card totalling $18,550 per year, uniform and laundry allowance, paid kms and travel time between clients, mobile phone supplied, and Employee Assistance Program.
